Toyota Tsusho ID Systems GmbH, known as TTID, belongs to the Toyota Group and is an independent marketing company. We hold the exclusive European marketing rights for barcode handheld terminals and scanners manufactured by Denso, which is also part of the Toyota Group.

TTID is a leading manufacturer of mobile data capture systems, a pioneer of CCD technology and the inventor of the two-dimensional QR code (‘Quick Response’), which is able to process large amounts of information simply. Denso's high-quality and extensive range of products ensures that we offer key technologies for automatic data capture, process automation and monitoring systems.

As a marketing specialist, TTID is responsible for ensuring quality in the supply chain and assures a high standard in this respect. Our market segments include: supply chain for the retail trade, logistics, storage, production, as well as field and sales force automation.

As the result of our wealth of expertise in ID technology, we are able to understand the needs of the market more easily, to pass our input on to the manufacturer, and therefore to meet customer requirements more quickly.

Our work focuses on supporting our partners on a day-to-day basis with a comprehensive package of measures. Amongst others, these include local support provided by our account managers, the TTID “Partner-Plus Programme” offering exclusive benefits, quality assurance by the Authorized Repair Centre (ARC) and the Service Centre (SC), as well as development of marketing instruments for sales support.
